1 Product Guide
This product guide cancels all previous.
2 Ownership
The ownership of goods shall remain with Elite Frozen Foods Limited until payment has been received in full.
3 Payment
Cash on delivery, weekly direct debit or monthly credit payable by direct debit.
4 Pricing
We reserve the right to alter prices or pack sizes without notice.
5 Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
6 Returns
Drivers are not authorised to accept goods for return without appropriate documentation, any returns must be reported to the Elite Fine Foods office within 48 hours.
7 Damages or Shortages
All orders must be checked at the time of delivery in the presence of the driver.
Any shortages or damages must be reported that day.
8 Delivery Windows
Elite Fine Foods deliver 6 days a week, with the facility to order up to 11pm for
next day delivery, however we do not guarantee a delivery time.
9 Minimum Order
Elite Fine Foods operates a £40 minimum order policy.
